Hindustan Aeronautics (HAL) has placed the Commercial Papers (CPs) of Rs 2000 crore in terms of the guidelines issued by Reserve Bank of India. The allotment date is September 15, 2020, while maturity date will be December 14, 2020.

The above CP is a part of fund based limit of Rs 10,000 crore as approved by the Board in its meeting held on January 21, 2020.

HAL is Bengaluru based Defence Public Sector Undertakings (DPSU) Company engaged in the design, development, manufacture, repair, overhaul, upgrade and servicing of a wide range of products including, aircraft, helicopters, aero-engines, avionics, accessories and aerospace structures.
