Credit rating agency -- CARE Ratings (CARE) has reviewed Can Fin Homes’ rating of Commercial Paper issue upto an amount of Rs 4,500 crore (outstanding Rs 1850 crore). CARE has reaffirmed the rating ‘Al+’ and Rating Action 'Removed from credit watch with developing implications'.
Can Fin Homes is a Housing Finance Company. The company offers finance for construction of a house, loan for the purchase of a flat or house, finance for the acquisition of a plot and construction of a house on the same.
