FDC has informed that, the Eightieth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at 10.00 am through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it has informed that the Share Transfer Books and the Register of Members of the Company will remain closed from September 24, 2020 to September 30, 2020 for the purpose of Annual General Meeting. The Company has fixed September 22, 2020, Tuesday, as the cut-off date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to vote on all the resolutions set out in the Notice.
