In further to the outcome of the Board Meeting and Un-audited Financial Results filed post Board Meeting yesterday pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), Mercator has informed that it has come to its notice only now that the Segment wise Consolidated Un-audited Financial Results had been inadvertently missed out in its submissions made yesterday.
