CFSL has informed that pursuant to the regulation 30 the Members of the Company at the 30th Annual general meeting held on September 23rd 2020, have appointed STRG & Associates, Chartered Accountants (Registration No, 14826N) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold the office from the conclusion of this Meeting to hold such office for a period of five years till the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in the year 2025, at a remuneration mutually agreed between the Board and the auditor.
