LKP Securities has executed a Business Transfer Agreement with Alpha Commodity (Alpha) for acquisition of Commodities Broking Business (Commodities Business) as a going concern and on a slump sale basis for a lump sum consideration of Rs 3.18 crore on the terms and conditions more specifically defined in the Agreement.
The proposed acquisition would result in further consolidation of broking business of LKP Securities. The acquisition is also expected to result in synergies in operations of broking business of LKP Securities and unlock value.
LKP Securities is into the business of Share Broking. LKP offers a wide spectrum of services that includes Equity Broking in Cash and Derivatives, Internet based trading, Demat services & Research services.
