FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per October 12 data: SEBI

The FIIs as per Friday’s data were net buyers in equities and debt segments both, according to data released by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 3398.90 crore against gross sell of Rs 2411.30 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 987.60 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 434.90 crore with gross sales of Rs 391.90 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 43.10 crore in debt.
