MP Agro Industries has informed that the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending September, 2020 will be considered and approved in accordance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. In this connection, the company has informed that in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, 1st October, 2020 till 48 Hours after the declaration of said quarterly unaudited financial results.
