Sharp India has informed that in terms of Company’s Code to Regulate, Monitor & Report Insider Trading & SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations) 2015, Trading Window for Trading in Company’s Securities (Equity Shares) will remain closed for designated person and specified connected person of the Company with effective from 1st October 2020.
