IIFL Finance has raised Rs 225 crore through Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD) namely IIFL Finance 8% Redeemable NCD Series D9 and allotted 2,250 Non-Convertible Debentures having face value of Rs 10 lakh each for cash at par, on Private Placement Basis. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 30, 2020 has approved and allotted the same.
