Pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (the Code), Bharat Wire Ropes has informed that the trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company for persons specified under the Code, shall remain closed beginning from October 1, 2020 onwards. The trading window will open forty-right hours after the announcement/declaration by the Company of its un-audited financial results to the above-mentioned Stock Exchanges for the Second quarter ended September 30, 2020.
