Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services (Mahindra Finance) has raised Rs 500 crore through Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) and allotted 5,000 NCDs having face value of Rs 10 lakh each at par. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 30, 2020 has approved and allotted the same.
