Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and further clarification issued by the Stock Exchanges in this regard, Amber Enterprises India has informed that the closure period of trading window for trading in securities of the Company has been commenced from Thursday, 1 October 2020 and remain close till end of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2020. During the closure of trading window, insiders have been advised not to deal in securities of the Company. The date of the Board meeting of the Company for declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2020 will be intimated in due course.
