Futures & Options (F&O) total turnover stood at Rs 42,43,193.26 crore on October 1 and the total number of contracts traded on the day were 6,62,61,022.

Of the total turnover, Index Futures contributed Rs 30,941.19 crore, Stock Futures Rs 49,677.71 crore and Index Options Rs 40,99,725.76 crore, while the contribution of the Stock Options was of Rs 62,848.60 crore.
