Gold futures traded lower in early deals on Monday, as the session is almost muted with the cautious outlook amid political uncertainty after US President Donald Trump tested positive for COVID-19 last week.
Gold futures for December delivery were down 0.3% at $1,902.00 an ounce on the Comex division of the New York Mercantile. Spot gold was nearly flat at $1,896.21 an ounce.
