FIIs stood as net buyer in equities as per October 5 data: NSDL

05 Oct 2020 Evaluate

The FIIs as per Monday’s data were net buyer in equity segment, while net seller in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 4738.36 crore against gross selling of Rs 2876.34 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyer of Rs 1862.02 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 928.75 crore with gross sales of Rs 2710.53 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 1781.78 crore in debt.

In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 0.90 crore against gross selling of Rs 5.13 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 4.23 crore in hybrid segment.
