FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per October 7 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Wednesday’s data were net buyers in equity, while net sellers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 6003.58 crore against gross selling of Rs 4942.18 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1061.40 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 335.74 crore with gross sales of Rs 623.59 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 287.85 crore in debt.

In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 6.03 crore against gross selling of Rs 13.03 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 7.00 crore in hybrid segment.
