FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per October 8 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Thursday’s data were net buyers in equity, while net sellers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 6118.38 crore against gross selling of Rs 5098.45 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1019.93 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 249.24 crore with gross sales of Rs 917.16 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 667.92 crore in debt.

In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 6.30 crore against gross selling of Rs 17.70 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 11.40 crore in hybrid segment.
