Alphalogic Techsys’ Board has approved the incorporation of a US Based wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The incorporation of the wholly owned subsidiary will enhance the operational efficiency of the Company and would lead to cost savings in various operational issues and ease of its operations from India.
The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on October 15, 2020, approved the same.
Alphalogic Techsys is engaged in Healthcare, Software-as-a-service (SAAS Software), Ecommerce, Fintech, Social Networking, and other industries. It provides a wide range of services, including, Web Application Development, Mobile Application Development, UI/UX Consulting, Business Intelligence, and Data Analytics services.
