United Credit has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 33(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors will take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone) for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020 at its meeting to be held on Tuesday, the 10th November, 2020 at Kolkata. As already informed vide letter No: UCL-BSE/599/2020-21 dated 30th September, 2020, the trading window of the Company is closed from 1st October, 2020 until forty-eight hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020 as per the Code of Conduct of the Company for prevention of insider trading framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended. Necessary arrangement for press release in this connection has already been made.
