FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per October 16 data: NSDL

16 Oct 2020 Evaluate

The FIIs as per Friday’s data were net sellers in equity segment, while net buyers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 6912.10 crore against gross selling of Rs 7205.18 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 293.08 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 800.49 crore with gross sales of Rs 536.74 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 263.75 crore in debt.

In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 1.98 crore against gross selling of Rs 47.02 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 45.04 crore in hybrid segment.
