Reliance Industries’ subsidiary company -- Reliance Retail Ventures has received the subscription amount of Rs 5512.50 crore from Gamnat and Lathe Investment (GIC) and allotted in the aggregate 80,798,827 equity shares to GIC.

Reliance Industries is India’s largest private sector company. The company’s activities span hydrocarbon exploration and production, petroleum refining and marketing, petrochemicals, retail and 4G digital services.
