Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) has bagged Golden Peacock Environment Management Award for second consecutive year. In another major recognition towards ONGC’s corporate commitment towards maintaining a healthy and sustainable environment, the Energy Maharatna has been conferred with the prestigious Golden Peacock Environment Management Award 2020. This is the second consecutive year that ONGC has bagged the Golden Peacock Award in this particular category.

ONGC is India’s largest government-run corporation and produces about 70% of India’s crude oil and natural gas. The corporation is the biggest public sector commercial organization in India.
