Reliance Industries’ subsidiary company -- Reliance Retail Ventures has received the subscription amount of Rs 3,675 crore from General Atlantic Singapore RL (General Atlantic) and allotted 53,865,884 equity shares to General Atlantic.

Reliance Industries is India’s largest private sector company. The company’s activities span hydrocarbon exploration and production, petroleum refining and marketing, petrochemicals, retail and 4G digital services.
