Titagarh Wagons has informed that it has enclosed relevant certificate duly signed by Practicing Company Secretary on transfer/transmission/transposition of securities under Regulation 40(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for the half year ended 30th September, 2020. The National Securities Depository Ltd ('NSDL') and Central Depositories Services India Ltd ('CDSL') by their letter/email dated 18.09.2020 have confirmed regarding change of Registrar and Share Transfer Agent ('RTA') of the Company and shifting of electronic connectivity with effect from 19.09.2020 from Karvy Fintech. Since the change in RTA took place during the subject half year ended 30/09/2020, the Company is submitting the certificate issued under Regulation 7(3) from both the old and new RTA of the Company.
