Tata Chemicals has reported results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2020.
The company has reported a fall of 32.23% in its net profit at Rs 135.10 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net profit of Rs 199.35 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 5.63% at Rs 820.19 crore for Q2FY21 as compared Rs 776.49 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On the consolidated basis, the company has reported a fall of 75.30% in its net profit attributable to equity holder at Rs 70.47 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net profit of Rs 285.26 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 6.41% at Rs 2,677.90 crore for Q2FY21 as compared Rs 2,861.35 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
