FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per October 16 data: SEBI

The FIIs as per Tuesday’s data were net buyers in equities and debt segments both, according to data released by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 1271.10 crore against gross sell of Rs 1104.10 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 166.90 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 394.80 crore with gross sales of Rs 375.80 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 19.00 crore in debt.
