In furtherance to letter dated 30 Oct 2020 for submission of Unaudited Financial Results, Mahindra Logistics has informed that there is a correction (as under) in the Consolidated Financial Results for the 2nd quarter & half year ended 30 Sep 2020 which has been rectified: On Page 6/16 Point 2 - Segment Information-The value of Segment Result of Supply change Management & Other expenditure (net of other income) for 2nd quarter & half year ended 30 September 2020 has been updated. No other change in the financial table; On Page 8/16 Point A - Consolidated Statement of Cashflows- under movements in working capital the words Decrease in trade and other payables should be read as Increase in trade and other payables. Aside to the above corrections, there is no change in the entire Financial Results submitted & there no change/impact on the consolidated/standalone revenues & profits of the Company for the 2nd quarter & half year ended 30 September 2020.
