PNB Gilts has informed that meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the 10th day of November, 2020 to consider & approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter & half year ended 30th September,2020; to consider the proposal for declaration of interim dividend for the financial year ending 31st March, 2021. Also informed that the record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the shareholders for the aforesaid interim dividend, if any, has been fixed as Thursday, 19th November, 2020. This however is subject to the declaration of the interim dividend by the Board of Directors of the Company in above referred meeting. Further, informed that in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window of the Company, which is already closed from 1st October, 2020, shall re-open on 13th November, 2020.
