According to the data released by NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 662.54 crore in index futures and options segments on Tuesday, October 16, 2012.
FIIs were sellers of index futures to the tune of Rs 133.01 crore and they bought index options worth Rs 795.55 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net sellers of stock futures worth Rs 150.92 crore while they also sold stock options worth Rs 38.33 crore.
