MindTree has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on October 16, 2012, have approved and elected Anjan Lahiri, as an additional board member to hold office with effect from October 24, 2012 till the date of the next annual general meeting of the company.

Further, the board also elected N S Parthasarathy as an alternate director to S. Janakiraman with effect from October 22, 2012.
