Gold futures ended modestly higher on Tuesday, rebounding from previous session’s sharpest dip in seven years, as the safe haven bets gain momentum with the still lingering concerns over global economic recovery and on hopes over coronavirus monetary stimulus package.
Gold futures for December delivery rose by $22 or 1.2% to settled at $1876.40 an ounce on the Comex division of the New York Mercantile. Spot gold rose 1.2% at $1,884.31 per ounce.
