Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Chemicals has informed that in terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 (Listing Regulations), is obliged to submit its unaudited Financial Results for quarter / half year ended September 30, 2020, within 45 days from the end of the quarter by November 14, 2020. In view of the Company working with minimum manpower on account of continuing COVID-19, impact, the finalization of quarter / half year accounts requires further time.
