Inox Wind gains on raising Rs 199 crore through NCDs

Inox Wind is currently trading at Rs. 36.60, up by 0.10 points or 0.27% from its previous closing of Rs. 36.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 37.20 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 38.00 and Rs. 36.60 respectively. So far 685 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 51.10 on 04-Sep-2020 and a 52 week low of Rs. 16.00 on 25-Mar-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 40.00 and Rs. 35.45 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 812.22 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 75.00%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 1.59% and 23.41% respectively.

Inox Wind has raised Rs 199 crore through Rated, Listed, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) and approved the allotment of 1990 NCDs having a face value of Rs 10,00,000 each at par to the investors identified by the Committee at its meeting held on November 05, 2020. The board of directors at its meeting held on November 10, 2020 has approved the same.

INOX Wind offers its clients total wind power solutions including wind resource assessment, acquiring land, developing the entire site infrastructure, building the power evacuation system, supplying the WTGs, erection and commissioning services, long term operations and maintenance services as well as post-commissioning support.
