Nitish Kumar likely to take oath as Bihar CM after Deepawali

In Bihar, political activities gather momentum for the formation of a new Government. Nitish Kumar is likely to take oath as Chief Minister (CM) of Bihar after Deepawali.

JD(U) general secretary K C Tyagi said that the process of formation of a new government has begun.  JD(U) President Nitish Kumar will meet party's new legislators this afternoon at his official residence in Patna. To analyse the party's performance in Assembly polls a meeting is being held at the residence of Rabri Devi in Patna with party legislators of RJD and left parties. 

Meanwhile, Chief Electoral Officer H R Srinivasa submitted a list of newly elected 243 members of Assembly Governor Phagu Chauhan. The tenure of Bihar Assembly is till 29th of this month.
