Himalaya Granites has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on November 13, 2020, subject to approval of Shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, has approved the appointment of Manojit Dash as an Independent Director of the Company for a term of 5 years with effect from November 14, 2020 upto November 13, 2025. Further, Mahesh Kumar Malpani, Independent Director of the Company has tendered his resignation from the post of Directorship of the Company due to personal reasons with effect from the close of business hours of November 14, 2020. Mahesh Kumar Malpani has also confirmed that there is no other reason for resignation other than the reasons stated above.
