Advait Infratech has executed licensing agreement on November 12, 2020 with Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), New Dehli for transfer of CSIR-SERC technology on ‘Emergency Retrieval System’.
In consideration of payment of Rs 30 lakh, the Licence for use of Knowhow and the process to manufacture the Articles provided, Royalty of 5% on ex-factory sale price of the ERS Module/ Structure every year, Royalty of 10% on ex-factory sale price of the ERS Module/Structure for utilization of knowhow for exported article only.
The company is into business of providing products and solutions for power transmission, power substation and telecommunication infrastructure fields.
