ACC has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with N.G. Ghadiya Group on November 18, 2020 to divest National Limestone Company (National), a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, which is currently non-operational. Subject to satisfactory completion of the conditions precedent by the parties and in accordance with the other provisions of SPA and other definitive agreements, the transaction is expected to close in next 4 weeks from signing of the SPA. The consideration received from such sale/disposal is Rs 20 crore.
