Oil India signs four oil and gas blocks

Oil India has signed contracts for four oil and gas blocks awarded under the fifth bid round of Open Acreage Licensing Policy (OLAP). The government had offered 11 blocks for exploration and production of oil and gas in OLAP-V. Oil India was the lone bidder in all the four blocks it bid for.

Oil India, a Navratna Company, is Asia's oldest and biggest pioneer oil exploration and Production Company.
