Petronet LNG has informed that pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 the Company has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas in presence of Hon'ble Minister Petroleum & Natural Gas & Steel, Government of India on 20th November 2020 with the objective to foray in to 'Green Energy and Bio Fuels' for setting up of Compressed Bio Gas (CBG) Plants under Sustainable Alternative Towards Affordable Transportation (SATAT) initiative of the Government of India.
