With reference to the Regulations 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the ‘Regulations), Dixon Technologies (India) has informed that ICRA has through its letter dated 23rd November, 2020, revised the Long-term rating and reaffirmed the short-term rating as well as rating assigned to Commercial paper instrument. The credit ratings assigned by ICRA to the Company as on 23rd November, 2020 as enclosed.
