The FIIs as per Tuesday’s data were net buyer in equity segment and net seller in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 12598.77 crore against gross selling of Rs 7709.22 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyer of Rs 4889.55 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 123.55 crore with gross sales of Rs 685.29 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 561.74 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 10.32 crore against gross selling of Rs 17.09 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 6.77 crore in hybrid segment.
