Aurobindo Pharma’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Aurobindo Pharma USA, Inc. and Natrol LLC, USA, a wholly owned step -down subsidiary of the Company, have entered into a definitive agreement with an affiliate of New Mountain Capital LLC, NY and Jarrow Formulas Inc., to dispose of Natrol LLC, USA, including its business assets as a going concern with related assets, liabilities, products, brands and employees.
