Orient Cement to acquire 26% stake in AMPSolar Systems

Orient Cement has entered into share purchase, subscription and shareholder’s agreement with AMPSolar Technology and AMPSolar Systems for acquisition of 26% stake in the share capital of AMPSolar Systems for putting up the solar power plant with capacity of 13.5 MW, under Captive Scheme. The cost of acquisition is Rs 4.05 crore approximately.

Orient Cement is an India-based frontline cement company engaged in the production and branding of ordinary portland cement (OPC) and portland pozzolana cement (PPC).
