Vasudhara Devi (DIN: 07789047), Giri Devanur (DIN: 00125603) and Mohan Raghavendra Kondi (DIN: 01718628) as an Additional Directors in the capacity of Non-Executive Independent Directors of the Company. The Board of the company has recommended C. H. Vasudhara Devi, Giri Devanur and Mohan Raghavendra Kondi to be appointed as Independent Directors of the Company from 31 st December 2020 up till 30th December 2025 subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. This intimation also fulfills the requirement of appointing Woman Independent Director pursuant to SEBI (LODR) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018. Their Brief profiles enclosed as Annexure-I. The Directors are not related to any of the directors of the Company. Also, Malavika Hegde Director of the Company, has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from 07th December 2020.
