Mindspace Business Parks REIT has informed that the Executive Committee Meeting of K Raheja Corp Investment Managers LLP, manager to Mindspace Business Parks REIT (Mindspace REIT) held on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 has approved the issue of secured, listed, senior, taxable, non-cumulative, rated, redeemable, non-convertible debentures by Mindspace REIT on a private placement basis for an aggregate amount of up to Rs 200 crores in one or more tranches.
