SPEL Semiconductor has informed that pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 42 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the 35th Annual General Meeting of the members of the company will be held on Thursday, the 31st day of December 2020 instead of 26th December 2020 as originally scheduled and accordingly the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the company shall remain closed from 25-12-2020 to 31-12-2020 for the purpose of 35th Annual General Meeting of the members of the company to be held on Thursday, the 31st day of December 2020.
