Further the Company provides its members facility to exercise their right to vote for the Postal Ballot by electronic means through e-Voting Services provided by National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL). In this connection, it enclosed the following: Consent letter of the scrutinizer, calendar of events for the Postal Ballot process, notice of Postal Ballot; and Blank Postal Ballot Form.
