Swaminathan, (DIN 06953687) has stepped down from the position of Non-executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from December 12, 2020. Swaminathan has further confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his resignation other than what he has mentioned in his resignation letter and confirmation letter.
