Hathway Cable & Datacom has acquired balance 49% i.e. 9,800 equity shares of Hathway Digital Saharanpur, Subsidiary of the company for a cash consideration of Rs 25 lakh and pursuant to said acquisition Hathway Digital Saharanpur has become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the company.
The aforesaid acquisition of equity shares is a strategic business investment for ease of business operations which will further enable the Hathway group to widen the cable television business segment across the geographical areas and serving customer with an enriching experience.
Hathway Cable and Datacom is a Public Company domiciled in India and incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956. The company is engaged in distribution of internet services through cable and has strategic stake in entities engaged in Cable Television business.
